Security & privacy

Designed for sensitive healthcare workflows.

Healthcare data demands more than a checklist. Evergate is being built with security, privacy and clinical responsibility as architectural constraints.

Security & privacy

Designed for sensitive healthcare workflows.

Security is an architectural constraint, not a feature. These are the design priorities Evergate is built around.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS for every request; encrypted storage for any data the platform retains.

  • Role-based access controls

Scoped API keys and roles so each integration reaches only what it needs.

  • Audit trails

Traceable records of who called what, when, and with which configuration.

  • Data minimization

Endpoints accept only the fields a workflow needs — no full records required.

  • Pseudonymization

Designed to work with pseudonymous identifiers instead of direct identifiers.

  • Secure API authentication

Server-to-server keys, with OAuth 2.0 client credentials planned.

  • Tenant isolation

Each organization's data and configuration logically separated.

  • Data retention controls

Designed for configurable retention windows, including minimal-retention processing.

  • Configurable deployment options

Cloud, regional, and private deployments available subject to technical assessment.

  • Compliance-oriented architecture

Built so deployments can be assessed against applicable local and international requirements.

These are security design priorities, not certifications. Evergate does not currently hold HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or medical-device certifications or registrations, and makes no claim of regulatory approval. For Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other markets, deployment and operating models are designed to be assessed against applicable local requirements on a per-customer basis.

Data handling

Principles we design to.

  • Ask for less

Schemas are designed around the minimum fields each workflow needs. Pseudonymous identifiers are preferred over names or national IDs.

  • Synthetic before real

Sandbox environments are intended for synthetic data only. The public playground never sends data to a model.

  • No health data in analytics

This website does not send playground inputs, transcripts or form contents to analytics or logs.

  • Your records stay yours

Evergate returns structured outputs to your system. Your EMR remains the system of record.

Shared responsibility

Clear lines between platform and product.

Integrating clinical AI safely is a joint effort. This is how responsibilities are intended to be split.

Regulatory posture

Precise about what we claim.

Evergate does not currently claim HIPAA, GDPR or ISO 27001 certification, medical-device registration, or regulatory approval in any jurisdiction. When certifications or registrations are obtained, they will be listed here with supporting documentation.

Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and international markets

The platform is designed to support deployment and operating models — including regional data processing and private deployment — that can be assessed against applicable local requirements. Deployment options are available subject to technical and legal assessment for each customer.

Responsible AI

Evergate outputs are decision-support drafts. They do not establish a diagnosis, replace professional medical judgment, or authorize emergency-care decisions. Clinicians review and approve all clinical outputs.
